Regulations
Article 1 For guilty delinquency of the obligations of ZNP, PPZNP and PVTP, the student bear disciplinary duty and are being punished in mapping with article139 from PPZNP with :
1. A comment;
2. Admonition for move on evening shape of adult education in self control form of adult education.
3. Age moves from evening mold with stand - alone form of adult education for students that had turned 16 year.
4. Moving to another evening high school.
-The punishments in 1 and 2 are necessary with order of the principal in proposal of the class-head of 3 and 4 as well from the principal after decision of PS. Before the being necessary of the punishments the class-head has to advise the parent for the performed violation.
-The principal has before being necessary to hear the pupil out in 1 on punishment even if it checks for the facts and the circumstances had related the violation.
-The punishments on 2, 3 and 4 are necessary as last resort at grave violations as specific prevention on the instructional process and failing instructional lessons; it lowers the authority of the teacher. PS discourses the report on the class-head and hears the pupil out or determine by it teachers or a student. It can attend on the sitting as well parents or defenders on the student.
-The punishment effort in3 enters force since the beginning of the following instructional year, if it is put 30 days before the last of the instructional lessons. After eroding the punishment the student can continue its adult education in evening form of adult education.
-The punishments are being eroded by the termination of the instructional year in 1.
-The punishment of 1 and 2 can be eroded early at proposal of the class-head as well with order to the principal.
-A student, punished at 4, continues its adult education in another evening school. The punishment in 4 is not necessary to pupils from the concluding secondary school class.
-The orders of the principal for necessitating the punishments can be appealed before the head of the inspectorate of the education of the municipal schools.
Article 2 Started permitting not apologized absences in correspondence with article 140 of the PPZNP the punishments are:
1 started permitting in a 10-comment;
2, started permitting in a 20-warning for transfer, started permitting in another form of teaching.
