The produced absences do not apologize otherwise. At absence in illness more than 7 days, the student has to inform the class-head. Otherwise the absences will be considered to not apologize.
Article 19 Absences of student from instructional lessons caused by regardless reasons are awarded with document, note from sport club in which they participate or with awarding letter from the parent or the conservator was produced.
Article 20 Delay for the first hour smaller than 15 min. is considered for a 1/3 not apologize absence. In all cases that have stayed the delays are being considered for full absence (the article-137 Al.2). Delay-up to 15 min. for three instructional hours without regardless causes is considered for one instructional hour not apologize of absence.
Article 21 Absences, made measured, are not being apologized.
Article 22 Dismiss from instructional lessons of students is being not left 30 days from the beginning or the end of the instructional year had apart connected their direct instructional commitments or motherhood.
Article 23 Students are on duty in class of two, at the number, for one week. The on duty students in each class control the line, the discipline and the hygiene not only in the classroom, but in the passageway as well before her.

B/ Banns: The students do not have right and it is being banned to them:
Article 1 Students don’t have the right to participate in gambling plays, to drink alcohol, drugs and to smoke in building of school or in region around it. Article 2 Students do not have right to share political parties and organizations and religion companies until turning
18-year old age. Article 3 Students do not have the right to sabotage with their operation the authority and the merit on the teacher even if they make obstructions for it at in relation with performance of its official obligations as well. Article 4 Students do not have the right to enter and leave self-willed their room during instructional lessons. Article 5 It is being banned reentering student without the clearance of the guard in teacher room. The help of the class-head or educator is being sought at necessity. Article 6 It is forbidden to the pupils during the off hours to get in the hallways even if they violate the instructional trial.
